hand built wood fired mesa is a hand built bowl

each piece is made by hand and is one of a kind, this piece even more so as it was fired in a wood fire kiln and the finish was created by the unpredictable magic of the fire , it cannot be recreated and should be treated with care. This vessel is glazed on the inside and will hold water, though due to the semi porous nature of the stoneware, some sweating or condensation may occur on the bottom of the piece. There are visible cracks on the exterior of this piece, the occurred during the firing and should not affect the structural integrity.

this vessel measures approx. 4” tall x 5” in diameter, but please allow for 1” in variance as each vessel is made by hand
